南森町周辺、天満でイタリアンを提供するイタリア料理Passeroです。
通常メニューとしてカタラーナを提供していますが、今回は苺のカタラーナを作ってみました。カタラーナはイタリア版のクリームブリュレで、濃厚なカスタードが特徴。焦がし砂糖の香ばしい層と苺のフレッシュな味わいが絶妙に調和し、一口ごとに口の中で溶けていく感覚をお楽しみいただけます。

We usually serve Catalana as a regular menu item, but this time we tried making strawberry Catalana. Catalana is the Italian version of crème brûlée, characterized by its rich custard. The aromatic layer of caramelized sugar and the fresh flavor of strawberries are exquisitely balanced, allowing you to enjoy the sensation of it melting in your mouth with every bite.
