南森町周辺、天満でイタリアンを提供するイタリア料理Passeroです。
当店では、多くのお客様からの要望を受け、ピッツァの提供を始めました。しかしながら、小さなお店ゆえにオーブンは持ち合わせておりません。そのため、独自の工夫としてスキレットを用いてピッツァを焼き上げています。この独自の方法により、直径18cmとやや小ぶりながら香ばしく、楽しい食感のピッツァとなっています。生地もローマ風で薄く、おつまみとして最適です。ワインとの組み合わせも抜群です。

This is Italian restaurant Passero, offering Italian cuisine in the Nambonmachi and Temma areas.
At our restaurant, responding to requests from many customers, we have started offering pizza. However, as a small restaurant, we do not have an oven. Therefore, as our unique approach, we bake our pizza using a skillet. Thanks to this distinctive method, our pizzas, although a bit small at 18 cm in diameter, are fragrant with a delightful texture. The crust is Roman-style and thin, making it perfect as a snack. It also pairs excellently with wine.
