九州の豊後水道から新鮮なクログチが入りました。この魚は、「カマガリ」という別名も持ち、その美味しさゆえに、米と釜を借りてでも食べたいと例えられる魚です。。私自身も初めて扱う魚ですが、その風味豊かな味わいをぜひお楽しみいただきたいと思っております。

さて、今週の7日土曜日ですが、すでにほぼご予約にて埋まっております。ご来店を予定されている方は、お手数ですが事前にお電話で席のご確認をお願いいたします。また、来週の14日土曜日は貸切営業となっており、ご来店はお控えいただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Fresh Kuroguchi has arrived from the Bungo Channel in Kyushu. This fish is also known by the alternative name "Kamagari," and due to its deliciousness, it is said to be worth borrowing rice and a pot to eat it. This is my first time handling this fish myself, but I hope you will enjoy its richly flavorful taste.

Now, as for this Saturday the 7th, we are already almost fully booked with reservations. If you are planning to visit, we kindly ask that you call in advance to confirm your seating. In addition, next Saturday the 14th will be a private event, so we ask that you refrain from visiting on that day.
