本日1月29日、イタリア料理Passeroは開店して7年が経ち、8年目に突入いたします。これまで支えてくださった皆様に心から感謝申し上げます。当店は2019年にオープンし、多くの出会いや学びを経てここまで成長してまいりました。そのすべてが、お客様や関係者の皆様のおかげであると実感しております。

ところで、Passeroという店名には特別な思いが込められています。「パッセロ」はイタリア語でスズメを意味し、写真に写っているスズメは以前保護していたものです。このスズメは、私が辛い時に心を癒してくれる存在でした。無事に野生に戻した後も、この小さな友人に感謝の意を込めて店名に選びました。これからも、皆様に愛され続ける場所として努力を重ねてまいります。変わらぬご支援を賜りますよう、どうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。

Today, January 29th, marks the 7th anniversary since Passero opened, and we are now entering our 8th year. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us thus far. Our store opened in 2019, and through many encounters and lessons, we have grown to where we are today. I truly feel that all of this is thanks to our customers and everyone involved.

By the way, the name Passero has a special meaning. "Passero" means sparrow in Italian, and the sparrow in the photo is one that I once cared for. This sparrow was a comforting presence during my difficult times. Even after releasing it safely back into the wild, I chose the name of the store as an expression of my gratitude to this little friend. Going forward, we will continue striving to be a place beloved by everyone. We ask for your continued support and look forward to serving you.
