今年も旬の金柑を使って、金柑のタルトを焼きました。柑橘系のフルーツはどれも香り高くて美味しいですが、その中でも特に金柑は私のお気に入りです。金柑はそのまま食べてもジ美味しいですが、お菓子に使うとまた一味違った魅力があります。

タルト生地はサクサクに焼き上げ、中には金柑をふんだんに使ったフィリングを詰めています。

I baked a kumquat tart using seasonal kumquats. All citrus fruits have a wonderful aroma and taste delicious, but kumquats are my favorite among them. Kumquats are tasty to eat as they are, but when used in sweets, they offer a different kind of charm.

The tart crust is baked to a crisp, and the filling inside is packed with plenty of kumquats.
